BuyHolsters.com features over 5,000 different product models, sizes, and colors.  We simply cannot have that many items in a single warehouse.  So most items we sell are either dropshipped directly to you from the manufacturer or from one of several wholesale suppliers.  Shipping costs are determined based on the specific terms of the supplier and the location from which an item is shipped.  

Purchasing Multiple Items:  Shipping is calculated for each item you place in your cart.  If you purchase more than one item, it is possible each item originates from a separate source and incurs separate but appropriate shipping costs accordingly.  Wherever possible, we attempt to consolidate multiple items into one shipment from one source.  But often times, that is simply not possible.  If you are charged separate shipping for multiple items and we are able to subsequently consolidate the multiple items into one shipment and save shipping costs, we do refund you the shipping overcharge.

STRAIGHT SHOOTERS!  We hope you can understand that we cannot remain in business if we do not recover shipping costs.  BuyHolsters.com makes every reasonable effort to calculate and charge shipping rates that are no more and no less than what it actually costs.  Occasionally, for a variety of reasons, we miss the mark.  So here is what we do to make it right.  When we process your order

Shipping Terms: 

Within the United States:  Depending on the product, BuyHolsters.com purchases will typically be shipped via UPS Ground, Federal Express Ground, or United States Postal Services.  Orders for some smaller items may be shipped using the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail Flat Rate service.  Shipping costs are variable, based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, its bulkiness or size, the source of shipment and the destination.  Many products feature discounted shipping.  There are additional costs if you need the order expedited.  Contact BuyHolsters.com to request expedited shipping.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the ship to location and the specific characteristics of the order, using our discounted shipping accounts. 

Free Shipping Items:  Some items include free shipping.  Free Ship items are clearly noted on the product page.  Free shipping is applicable only to items shipped to within the lower 48 United States.  Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and all other countries are excluded.  Note that "Free Ship" items will be assessed a minimum of 20% restocking free if returned for convenience.

Delivery schedules:  Delivery times vary depending upon the product.  Most items will be shipped within 3 days of order.  However, special delivery terms may apply to certain product lines as noted below.

Python Holsters:  Estimated delivery is approximately 10-14 business days from order date (excludes Inventory Clearance models which are generally shipped immediately and delivered within 5 days.)

Vega Holsters:  Estimated delivery is approximately 10-14 business days from order date (excludes Inventory Clearance models which are generally shipped immediately and delivered with 5 days.) 

Bagmaster:  Estimated delivery is approximately 10-14 business days from order date (excludes Inventory Clearance models which are generally shipped immediately and delivered with 5 days.) 

Special Orders/Backorders:  Delivery estimates provided at time of purchase.

Shipping to Canada:  BuyHolsters.com is pleased to sell and ship to Canadian customers!  Shipments to Canada require associated Customs and Duties forms to accompany the shipment.  The source and method of shipment vary considerably depending on the exact product or products ordered.  It is therefore not possible to anticipate the import processing cost nor shipping cost in advance.   Canadian customers -- Please contact BuyHolsters.com, toll free at 1-855-Buy-Holsters or by e-mail at Sales@Buyholsters.com, indicate the product you wish to purchase, your ship to address, and provide contact information (phone number or e-mail) and a Buy Holsters customer care representative will provide you a shipping quote and make arrangements for you to complete the purchase transaction.  We currently do not allow Canadian ship to addresses to be entered at checkout but will manually process your order to a Canadian address.  Most of the items we sell are manufactured in North America and are exempt from duties.  

Available Payment Methods: 

Buy  Holsters purchases may be completed using a credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover) or by Paypal account.  Transactions are securely processed using your choice of Authorize.net Merchant Services or Paypal Payment Processing services with either of those processors acommodating credit card transactions for card holders within the United States.  If you prefer, you can pay with your Pay Pal account by selecting the Pay Pal processor.  You do not need a Paypal account to purchase by credit card, regardless of whether you select the Authorize.net or Pay Pal payment processor option. Your credit card transaction is processed and secured by Authorize.net or the Paypal company without requiring you to have a Paypal account.  If you do have a Paypal account and wish to purchase through that account, you can login to Paypal during checkout, enter your Paypal account information, and the transaction cost will come directly from your bank account.

Canadian credit card holders:  Currently, we require special handling for Canadian (or other non-US) credit card holders.  Your credit card transaction will be manually processed by one of our customer care representatives and coordinated with special Canadian shipping arrangements.  If you wish to pay by Pay Pal account, you will be instructed how to complete your transaction within our store.

Price Guarantee: 

Buy Holsters is pleased to offer products from a wide variety of quality gun holster and case manufacturers at competetive prices.   Here is how pricing for gun holsters and gun cases works.  Some manufacturers, for example, Galco, has what they call "MAP" or "Minimum Advertised Pricing".  They require that any authorized retail vendor honor those lowest price limits.  As an authorized retail reseller, BuyHolsters.com is not spermitted to offer our products for sale to the public for any amount less than the MAP set by the manufacturer.  We can control costs by offering discounted shipping terms, which we do.  And of course, we can provide excellent customer service to differentiate us from other vendors.

We endeavor to monitor and maintain our pricing to be no higher and no lower than MAP.  If you find the exact same product (same SKU, same model year, same condition) for less, contact us and if we can match that price, we will.  However, we will also tell you if the product you've found elsewhere is subject to MAP pricing and is being sold under MAP price.  You need to know this because that vendor may not be authorized and therefore, the product you buy may not be waranteed by the manufacturer.  You may encounter other difficulties should you need to return the product or should you require followup assistance.
